This hotel is a hidden gem, tucked away on a quiet street just off the bustling shopping district. The location couldn't be better, with shops and pubs just a stone's throw away. The attention to detail is superb, with a warm welcome of coffee, homemade cake, and biscuits waiting for you upon arrival. The staff go above and beyond, even taking photos of their canine visitors and posting them on their Facebook page. The rooms on the ground floor are spacious and well-appointed, with a great ensuite bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast is a real highlight, with delicious options cooked to your preference.
Everything was just fine.

Services where quality, can’t find anything wrong. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Balmoral Hotel that was only 10 minutes' walk away. It is adjacent to the airport

This hotel is tucked away on a quiet side street in the heart of the bustling shopping district, making it the perfect location for exploring Moffat. The attention to detail is evident throughout, with lovely 4-star touches in the beautifully decorated rooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the ensuite bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. The breakfast was delicious and the staff provided excellent service.
All was absolutely fine during our stay.

The homemade biscuits and cake were nice and the hosts were friendly. the bed was comfortable and the room had tea and coffee. the location was good, close to the town center and parking was available on the street. the breakfast was hearty and offered a variety of options.
The room was small and outdated, with old furniture and decor. the bathroom had a musty smell, and the showerhead needed to be replaced as it sprayed water unevenly.

Great Location and Warm Hospitality
Celebrated New Year's at this B&B and it was located in the heart of the town making it easy to explore. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and accommodating - even offering homemade cakes upon arrival. The room was clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities.
My only complaint would be the size of the room - it was a bit tight. as the B&B is located on a busy street, there was some noise from outside that could be heard during the night.
